Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, if available for the respective apartment
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM
All furnishings and decorations must remain in the apartment
Furniture must not be moved
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately
Theft will be reported and charged accordingly
Please observe general waste separation
The apartments and their furnishings must be treated with care
Parties and events are not permitted
Pets are only allowed upon prior agreement
All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment
IMPORTANT: The key must be returned at check-out to the key box at the main entrance using the provided PIN
