  • Binding Booking and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
    By booking our holiday apartment, you confirm that your reservation is binding and that you accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
  • Free Cancellation:
    Free cancellation is possible up to 10 days before arrival. Within this period, we will fully refund any payments already made.
  • Cancellation within 10 Days before Arrival:
    For cancellations made less than 10 days before the planned arrival date, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
  • Unused Services:
    In the event of later cancellations or no-show, we will retain the full booking amount.
  • Rescheduling:
    If you wish to postpone your stay, please contact us as early as possible. We will try to find a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.
  • Travel Insurance:
    We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be financially protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
